The Pickleball Arena @ Gunung Rapat opened to give Ipoh a proper home for the fastest-growing racquet sport in the country: three full courts on one floor and 8-foot netting around every court so games next door never interrupt yours.
Coaching is run by three certified coaches with very different styles, from a head coach with four decades on court to a beginner specialist who has started hundreds of first-timers. Tournaments, corporate days and club leagues run on the same courts, with referees and scoreboards on site.
Burger Houz is next door for after-game makan, and there is parking on site. Come for one game.
